7. Contact Form and Contacting us by Email

You can contact us with questions or requests using our online contact form or by email. When you do so, the personal data you submit to us will be processed by us electronically for the purpose to answer your questions / handle your request.

When using the online contact form, you will need to submit your name, a valid email address, your message’s subject and your message so that we know who sent the request and to be able to answer the inquiry. Based on your consent, the personal data arising in this context will be stored in our system for answering your inquiry and contacting you with additional information on our products upon your revocation of your consent. If you only provide your email address, we will only contact you via email. If you also provide your telephone number (in the message box) we may choose also to contact you via telephone.
